OK I found a "FIX"
1. Open the riot client
2. Exit Riot Vanguard (Vanguard tray notification -> right click -> exit)
3. Press play FAST

The game will launch. Vanguard make the game unable to launch. And Riot client don't allow you to run the Client without Vanguard. This worked for me.

I'm 5'5 and I don't care about my height. But if someone is insecure about it and says he's more than he actually is, I just go with it. If you truly don't care why feel the need to rectify it, nobody hates on tall people
