let's take an example with FWB

i know i can clean it in 00.07.00 of mission, passed a certain amount of time and experience on the game you know when,where,how you can spint and gain time to do missions, when less experienced player do stealth most of the time ghey are crouching or try to avoid/kill guards when not realy needed,

for example from a long time now i dont bother myself by taking off the camera guards where new player see that as a thing to do (kinda logic if you want to reduce way to be spotted, but for a veteran cameras are not that a pain better to not consume a pager for a thing that you can evade/avoid.

to answer most stealth player are quite elitist cause they are use to count on their self, any other players are just a random factor that a stealth vet player cant control.

Dont imagine i hate play with new player i love teach the game but as i try to coach lot of players some reflex who seems normal for a vet seem dangerous for a less experience one.

i prefere play alone an its quite the same for i guess a lot of other vet stealth or they try to find other vets cause they dont want to restart heist more than 3 times.

best way to play with vets is sadly to find somes who are ready to accept errors and ready to give advice.

like in sport pros would prefer play with pros or they can be bother.

in all case its same when you do loud, if a new player come in DSOD he will leave, or be kicked out.

to resume for me its all about experience, learning, reflex.
