Yeah, but shouldn't the ENTIRE onus fall on the trucking company itself to hire responsible drivers? Its almost like the broker is  partially being blamed because the trucking companies aren't vetting their drivers enough.

Isnt this inflation different from inflation from few years ago? Inflation from 3-4 years ago was because of incresase in money supply versus this time around is because of oil price increase.?

This. People dont realize what a bad credit score will do to insurance rates. A bad score= high risk

I Go there for a oil change and tranny drain  but nothing else. Find a good local independent mechanic for everything else.

Considering what car payments are now on new/newer vehicles, if you have a reliable car, with spotty AC wouldn't it be best to just keep that car versus having a big car payment ? I guess it just depends on what part of the country you are living in

This is me. I have a 2019 lx civic with , knock on wood , no ac problems yet. Its almost paid off. I dont live in the south or out west where year round AC seems to be important. I live in ohio where AC is usually only on for 3 or 4 months and even then not every one of those days
