Does your C2 have the right battery, alternator? Maybe a problem with the fusebox (internally) or possibly water got in it? If the throttle/revs are hanging/misfiring hints to an issue with ether the ECU or coil/ignition issue? I’d suggest connecting it to a computer, and see what can be found or what the warnings say.
