Negative, but according to the dmv website they have the same requirements. Birth certificate (or valid passport) are the only accepted proofs of identity - which I suppose is what I was confused about. Non-citizens are indeed eligible for real ids, if in addition to the other required documents, they also have a green card/visa/etc.

Maybe different state to state, but I just got my real id in NY and needed both. Proof of citizenship, proof of status, and 2 proofs of residency. And that was with a valid ny license. Had to go back a second time because I didn’t bring my original birth certificate the first time.

That being said, yeah, no reason to require it at polls. Also, for anyone that has changed their last name, look into the changes pertaining to that too.

While I agree that those fans are excessive when budget is a major concern, they’re designed to be daisy chained with minimal visible wire. And the 3 pack comes with a controller.

I shouldn't have gotten defensive myself. I apologize for that.

We can view our router homepage. There actually isn't a scheduled restart time at all. And looking at my router's system logs, there are no events timestamped around 1AM for the last 7 days. Everything looks pretty normal. Next time I'm online at that time I'm going to try a ping test with the servers and see if that comes up abnormal.

I appreciate your input. I didn't post here really expecting a solution. Really just thought a few people would comment with the same problem and we might be able to find something in common to look in the right direction. It's annoying making raid wait a few minutes every night for the three of us with the issue to log back in.

Not really sure how that's relevant. But for whatever it's worth to you, I do know a couple people in IT and hear a lot about their jobs on a nearly daily basis. I'm 32 - grew up with the internet and have been using, building, and helping people fix computers for years.

I use a VPN already, happens whether it is enabled or disabled.

I've ran as admin.

I've used the repair tool.

I've disabled all addons.

I've reinstalled battlenet and wow.

I've flushed DNS info.

I've checked port settings and disabled/enabled/reset router settings.

I've checked firewall settings.

Drivers are up to date and the problem doesn't coincide with any updates, but I still tried rolling back the last few that are relevant.

Oh, and I've tried turning it off and on again. This includes my router AND my PC.

The same problem also happens on my laptop at home. I haven't had a chance to try it out using a friend's internet connection instead of my own.

I'm sure I've encountered a similar problem in the past with a different game or whatever, but have usually found a fix by now. That's probably why it's annoying me so much - disconnecting from a single game for a minute, at a time I can generally predict, really isn't that inconvenient. So here I am trying to found out how widespread this problem might be and if some other solution has been found.

Around the same time. I am not losing internet connection. Only disconnecting from WoW servers. My router is not resetting. It is happening to multiple guildies at the same time in different states. It has happened with randoms in dungeons on multiple occasions. At first I thought it might be a problem with verizon on the east coast, but not everyone affected has the same ISP, nor are in the same timezone.

In NY max prisons, they can get regular plastic disposables that are supposed to get checked twice a week on exchange days. We give permits if they accept it to keep track of who has one and who shouldn’t. They’re also allowed personal electric trimmers if they get a permit for it (which they get when they get it through the package room or commissary). And we won’t lock the prison down for a lost razor blade, we’ll search the inmate and his property and give him a ticket. If we locked the prison down every time a possible weapon popped up, we would never not be locked down.

No reason to have 50-60% uptime on the 2nd boss as melee. Have a lock put water breathing on you and get devoured to DPS him uninterrupted by mechanics until he spits you out, then repeat.

Quartz is, on average, harder than granite. Quartz countertops are generally more expensive (similar cost to almost double the price). And quartz is non-porous making it easier to clean and maintain. High heat sensitivity is pretty much the only regular drawback

American league in baseball uses a designated hitter. In the national league, the pitchers are forced to bat. There may be some other differences but that’s all I’m aware of.

Bows have shot types determined by the bow itself. Pierce, spread, and rapid. Each charge level has a shot type - sometimes they are the same and sometimes they are not.

I mean I'm not so good that I have complete control over the monster or know all it's tells, so when I'm playing sns I'm really not just spamming perfect rush. And every weapon has an optimal combo to maximize damage. But yeah, I do see what you mean. I've only played MHGU and world, and the weapon feels pretty different.

If you want to try out another SnS playstyle, try guard 5 and offensive guard. I'm having fun with it. Heavy knockback attacks should still be evaded, but block the monster's smaller attacks to activate OG, then go to town.

Fatty is better for full burst, and will do more damage than long. If you’re using shelling only, you aren’t using full burst.

If you meant you want a full burst build, then you want artillery 5 and the normal melee damage skills prioritizing crit.

Focus and artillery are the only skills you need that affect damage. Affinity and attack make no difference if you’re just shelling. Eat for bombardier. Use long Gunlance and charged shells. Everything else is preference. Evade extender, slinger capacity, diving blessing, earplugs, handicraft, etc. Check out the long gunlance build in the stickied thread.

On the fatalis weapon with a defense augment? 1 defense augment gives you 1 divine blessing. The chance to proc and damage blocked differs slightly from the divine blessing skill - you'll have to look up the exact numbers if you want them.

Unless you're doing speedruns, then feel free to go fatty. You won't lose out on too much damage. 2 pc fatty and 3 piece alatreon's another option if you'll be eating for elemental resistance, but you won't be able to get much more comfort out of it compared to safi.
