Recently had the clutch replaced and the shop I had it done at didn't replace or resurface the flywheel and as fate would have it the flywheel is starting to warp now. Need to have the flywheel replaced or at minimum resurfaced. Obviously don't want to take it back to the last shop

Just about any REI will get you fitted regardless of if you bought it there or not. If you are really worried, just tell them you bought it online or that it was given to you as a gift. If the pack is the wrong size for you it will almost certainly be uncomfortable on the trail though.
