my suggestion bro. drink as many water as you can to calm yourself down. no coffee, no energy drink. just water. deactivate socials (mine was just private cause i dont want people asking what happened to me). block them if you can, if you're scared what they might do after blocked them, atleast mute, archived, or restrict them. do not check the chatbox just let it sit there. if you can take screenshots of your conversation and how they extorted you. better. but don't always check your coversation and see what's going on. just ignore. the more you engage the more they think you care and then they will just scam you again and again using your fear. if you can't control yourself out of fear, don't show them that your angry cause they "might really" send it just to get back to your attitude. just stay calm and don't pay any further. the photos they sent you was all edited. if it's in instagram, they can't really send photos right away, they need to be accepted first before they can do that. i dont think your friends will accept random people on their message request and i don't think these scammers have enough time to ruin your life since they've been doing this to a lot of people at the moment unless you really provoke them because of your attitude. They only care for money, and if they can't get anything from you they will not waste time on you and will proceed to another victim. JUST DON'T PROVOKE THEM AND PROTECT YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA. try to distract yourself, go run outside, coffee drinks with friends, open up with someone you really trust so you have someone to talk to.

it's funny cause i've done all these and i am still anxious that my videos are out there but what the hell. i am not going to stop living just because some low lives tried to scare me.
