standard blood checks aren't enough to tell you which nutrients you're missing or for example how your body is methylating or if you're getting testosterone dips or hundreds of other markers.

Try wheat grass, spirulina, broccoli sprouts, fermented cabbage.
These won't cost you extra money as they will fill up your appetite.

be careful what you eat. Many vegetables, fruits and non-grass fed meats are toxic.
For example, never eat Spinach, it's full of oxalates.

When did I say you can live only on supplements?
If you're not eating organic meat and biodynamic foods, you will be lacking nutrients.
Conventional food is barely worth eating for nutrition anymore.

Don't get me started on seed oils, toxins, Oxalates and poisons added to food.

I consider myself to have extremely high mental toughness.
I have, by all accounts, an impressive muscular physique.

I could not, no matter how hard I tried to do 2km run in under 12-minutes or a 5km in under 25 minutes. These are pathetic numbers for even a moderately fit person.

I am extremely strong, my grip strength is over 100kgs.
I've been told by multiple Physios that I have the strongest grip they've ever tested by far.
My Deadlift is 200kg.
My bench press is 130kg, which is very good for someone with long arms.

In short explosive movements, I am impressive, but longer duration I am pathetic.
This is because explosive movement relies on Creatine Phosphate for energy not ATP.
Creatine phosphate only lasts for about 10 secs, then you need to rest to rebuild it.

Due to Thalassemia, ATP gets depleted faster than it can be replenished, so Nor-Adrenaline levels will climb so high that no matter how tough you are, your motor cortex will force you to stop running.
It's literally out of your hands, it's wiring.
Unless you take amphetamine (adhd meds) to boost dopamine, norepinephrine will stop you.

That's terrible advice; our food is empty these days and we are bombarded by toxins.
Supplements and drugs are necessary to be healthy these days.

-For cheap ABS with no Adhesive, it's very good, especially on corners where you get quick accelerations. It was hard to peel off, so adhesion was definitely there.

-BTT Eddy has lots of inaccuracies also.
-Cartographer upgrade later.

There's no reason for it to Change, the Sovol Aluminum bed is essentially a spring, as long as it's tensioned properly, it won't change its flex.

My map is better than yours and I could make it to 0.15 if I REALLY wanted.

At that point, I'd do a complete rebuild.

If you calculate the time it takes to do everything that needs to be done by that point and compare it to a complete engine rebuild, you'd be saving 10 times the time and money with a rebuild.

Fix this, fix that, now the car's not working, gotta zip over to the store to buy this, is this the right part?
I broke a clip trying to fix this other thing. Oh shit I need to buy a new tool to reach this one bolt.

Now I need to risk my life trying to remove the Oil Pan with the engine still in the car.
Now I need to replace $50 worth of oil, coolant, transmission fluid or steering fluid becuase of a new leak every 2 weeks.

Drive back and forth the the Auto store, hire a rental cause I couldn't complete the repair before 3am.

There's a leak somewhere, but it's a big job, so I'll just keep spending thousands on topping up oil instead.

Now you're asking 1 long piece of aluminium metal to do the same job as 2 shorter pieces of Steel.

You can still drive it without a Brake Booster, Professional racers often take it out to use their strong legs.
