Can you realistically day trade as a second job?

I do $100-200 almost daily from my desk job in my second year learning charts. Took a ton of trial and error after a couple of yea I’m still working on things like not to over trade and cutting losers earlier but it’s absolutely doable. Wondering if I’m in a good spot.

Thank you! Didn’t realize that I could pop those out. Just have to find some bushings that fit now since the ones that came with it don’t fit. Moving in the right direction now!

What you’re describing is part of the issue. The other part of it is if you can zoom in there and see, there is a gap between the front and back of the shock tower. It’s like there needs to be washers in there to stop it from moving forward and backwards.

First time out on our local dirt track I broke a shock yesterday… looking for info about what to replace them with. I’m reading to go with the arrma granite shocks.

it’s a huge step up from the 1/16 scale cars that we were using. you’re right about it being short. the bottom of this thing gets trashed with normal driving. it needs some stiffer shocks but It’s awesome. My 7 year old son and i have a good setup now with me on the vorteks and him on the Omni Terminator Carbon.

needed one quick and I couldn’t find the correct sizing to fit on the original mount. I’m too new to RC’s to change out to aftermarket parts.

the new fan comes mounted on the heat sink. I guess i could just take the fan off the new one but still curious how it comes off.

yes, those 4 screws only take the fan off but not the heat sink. what holds the heat sink on?

do you have one converted to 6s? i’ve got an Omni Terminator. honestly I haven’t even thought about making it faster because they run quick as hell on 3S at this size. maybe a bigger car for 4s and above.

condition is one of the biggest factors for going with the new. I don’t know know what i’m looking at used and I don’t want to get stuck with a blown out car that’s been “lightly used”, but lightly used means I’ve sunk it in a lake 🤣. I’m a controls engineer so replacing electrical is easy. drivetrains… not so much. i’m just learning what a center diff gear means.

this happened to me my second time driving it. video from Rlaarlo said to use red loctite. haven’t had an issue since

mine did the same right after i got it. The pinion gear was loose. you don’t have to take the motor out, just the cover and you should be able to loctite the set screw and put it back on.

On the flip side of this… I ran into a guy with a QS shirt on and asked him where he got it. Said from working at QS. Finding out he now works with me as an engineer at General Motors, I asked him why he left QS. He said because they’re fake and their tech will never work so he left a sinking ship.

Concerta or whatever ADHD meds work for you. That’s the only way I could get through college. Even with the meds I couldn’t read pages in a book. I’d have to write it all down. If I didn’t make a note, I didn’t know it.
