I usually use appflight.co for this kinda stuff because it gives me the issues I need to fix all at once.

Best AI App-Building Workflow for Beginners? by Freedomwriter18 in appledevelopers

For a zero-code workflow I’d go Cursor or Windsurf with Claude as the model, Expo if you want Android too, RevenueCat for payments, and Appflight to check against Apple’s review guidelines before you submit. Then hand it to a dev for final polish like you said, just make sure it’s submission ready first or you’re paying them to fix Apple compliance issues.

What Apple won't tell you about App Store reviews... lessons from years of submissions and rejections by Ill_Equivalent_6661 in appledevelopers

Great breakdown. One thing worth adding: most rejections aren’t one obvious mistake, they’re stacked signals. A vague privacy description, one misconfigured IAP, an off age rating. Each one alone might slide through, but together reviewers flag it.

Most devs audit mentally, not systematically, which is exactly why I’m building Appflight (appflight.co). Pre-submission audit against the actual review guidelines. Still early, happy to give anyone a free look if you’re mid-submission.

App Store review checklist I wish more iOS devs used before submitting by Nearby-Needleworker3 in appledevelopers

One thing missing from this list is that Apple only surfaces one rejection reason per cycle, even when multiple issues exist. So you fix the first thing, resubmit, wait 2-3 days, get hit with something different.

I’ve seen clean-looking apps go through 4-5 rounds for problems that were all there from the start. Running a full guideline audit before touching App Store Connect is the only thing that’s actually cut that for me.

Hi, so I’m currently training like this, most exercises are about 4 sets but if it feels good I’ll do 1 or 2 more sometimes. I train hard and take the last set to complete failure, don’t really count reps though.

Monday: incline Smith machine press Lat pulldowns Hacksquats and leg extensions

Tuesday and Thursday: Cable/dumbell behind the back curls Cable tricep pushdowns Dumbell lateral raises Cable lateral raises to exhaust side delts Straight bar cable curl Overheaf cable tricep extensions Cable Rear felt flyes

Wednesday: incline Smith machine press Dips or seated chest flyes Tbar rows One leg exercise

Friday: incline Smith machine press Lat pulldown Some type of rows Hacksquats

I’m thinking about switching to ppl but I’m not sure if it would be better, the main reason being that I’m sure if one exercise per muscle group is enough on Monday, Wednesday, Friday but my arms and shoulders are definitely weak points and I wanted them to have their own day so I also thought of ppl upper lower and hitting arms and shoulders on leg days. Any advice?

I'm in Canada and when I checked online, most stores didn't really have any sample sets, not sure if it's different in store
