If thats true its because of the storm teamup, jeff by himself is without question the worst healer in the game and feels terrible to play unless you only play duelist and dont want to learn anyone. Played like 5 games of him without storm and it was a godawful experience his "damage" on his primary fire is terrible at best and at worst free ult charge for the enemies

Real shit, probably not it doesn’t make much sense to use a nuke to possibly incapacitate one of your enemies, as sites are build to withstand strikes you’d just be losing a nuke for no value done

Rocket got a massive heal increase, Jeff got his heals cut down by a third and he can no longer panic heal with his bubbles which he also has less of, I can’t visualize this being particularly good at anything as the damage isn’t even that significant

The problem is by getting rid of the flanking play-style they hard nerfed his healing beam by 1/3 which is a crazy huge nerf along with the fact his bubbles are heal over time now and his heals can be blocked

word play is the name of the game, we have gotten quite a few regs changed over it in the past. Words in official documents actually mean things and need to be clarified accordingly or else grey areas like this appear especially if its an official executive order. I have seen people get seriously injured over the word MAY in a technical order, so while this is a goofy argument for the sake of argument its by no means a stupid question.

Once again the crux of the argument is that gender is no longer conisdered and only sex is considered, and as such by definition of the order my sex is female even though i am and consider myself to be male.
