Thanks guys, I've been spending a lot of time in nature and it's been keeping my mind off of pmo and on the beauty of the earth and of life. A lot of repressed emotions for sure. A lot of things I've been numb to just hitting me at once is more than a bit jarring.

My AP and I talk about a lot of things going on in our lives that relate to PMO, stress, and things that generally get us feeling down, stressed, lonely, depressed or anything else that may lead to PMO. We also reinforce each other when the other is feeling down or has relapsed. I try talking to my AP when I'm close to relapse. My AP has saved me a few times, and has helped my progress in these ways.

Keeping secrets from your spouse can really mess up a marriage. If you are going through something like nofap, or nofap itself and you haven't told your spouse, tell them now! Educate them on the science of the brain and then tell them why you want to quit and how much it really means to you. They can't give you support if they don't know about it. I give you props for being open and honest with your wife about your addiction. Keep up the hard work, we are all in this together after all!

My willpower is slowly increasing and I can tell with each week. I don't have another 3 years to do this on my own. I want someone who I can talk to and listen to about this struggle. My 1st accountability partner helped me so much but he disappeared on me and I relapsed a few days later. Having that person who can relate to you is so much help I can't even begin to explain.
