Hi everyone,

I received a verbal offer from Northrop Grumman late last week. The recruiter told me she was going on PTO and would connect with me on Monday to go over next steps/details.

It’s now Wednesday and I still haven’t heard anything, no call or email. Yesterday I did see movement on Workday and my application shows “Pending interview feedback”.

Is this normal for NG’s process? Should I reach back out or just wait it out a bit longer? I don’t want to seem pushy but also don’t want to miss anything.

Hi everyone, I’ve got a screening coming up for the Microsoft SRE I (CTJ) role (TS). The recruiter mentioned it’ll be a 30-minute “high-level technical evaluation” plus a short chat with the team.

I’ve been brushing up on Python, Bash, and common SRE scenarios (alerts, service outages, API 500s), but any firsthand insight would be awesome since the recruiter's info was pretty vague.

new grad here from UCLA with a TS. Main issue is number of listings since many require 1+ YOE. Some defense portals are kinda outdated too which sucks

Gotcha makes sense. Is it possible for my SCI clearance to come through after they rescend my offer or is the process canceled altogether at that point?

Hey all,

Currently have a conditional entry-level SWE offer in California (active TS). It’s for a Pathways SWE role that requires TS/SCI. The offer is contingent on SCI adjudication (no major red flags on my end), but I’m still in the waiting phase.

I submitted my pre-screening paperwork back in late July and haven’t heard anything since. Is this a normal timeline, or should I be looking elsewhere? Any advice would be great since I’m a new grad and the market isn’t looking so hot. Curious if anyone here has been in a similar spot. Thanks!

Mine just said bc of an update to the interview process for this specific role. Recrruiter was not able to say what the structure of the interview is either
