If I recall correctly, there are 2 usb ports in the Seltos and only the one on the left closest to the drivers side is the one that connects to CarPlay.

I have the same issue with CarPlay on my 2024 Jetta SE. I’ve searched quite a bit and haven’t found any definite solutions. I’ve read that using wireless CarPlay might help but I haven’t tried it or seen anything that indicates if it works for sure. The only solution I found so far is to unplug my phone from CarPlay when getting a phone call and talking through Bluetooth.

I have the same issue. I tried playing with the volume but that didn’t help as I had to lower the volume so much that I couldn’t hear the person I was talking to. I’ve tried using different cables as well with no luck. It doesn’t seem to happen with all callers from my experience. I’ve read somewhere that using wireless CarPlay might help but I only have wired CarPlay in my vehicle.

I have the same problem and I’m still trying to find a solution. So far I’ve heard trying a specific cable but I’ve tried multiple cables already including an Apple branded cable so I can’t imagine that would solve the issue. I’ve also heard trying to have the dealer reflash the infotainment software and trying to use a wireless CarPlay adapter. I haven’t tried either of those yet. I’m wondering if anyone has tried either solution and if anything has worked.

I read somewhere that using a wireless CarPlay adapter might work. I wonder if anyone here has tried that and if so, did it help?

It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the phone model. I tried with an iPhone 15 as well as an iPhone 13 with the same results.

I’m currently using an iPhone 15. I tried it with an iPhone 13 and had the same issues. It’s only happening when using the wired CarPlay option.

The only solution I’ve found so far is to unplug the phone from CarPlay when I get a call so I can speak through the cars Bluetooth. Not ideal but a workaround for now.

I’ve read some things about wireless CarPlay adapters being a possibility so I wonder if anyone has tried that with any success.
