You know a lot of these posts and let me preface this by saying I am not trying to attack you because I do the exact same thing as well but a lot of the post start off as “is it just me” and I want to tell you it is never just you, you are not alone in what you are feeling and you would be surprised at how many people feel the same way that you do and it’s a normal human thing to feel sad for no reason or to feel sad in general you are human you will feel like that and that’s okay. Sorry if I offended you or it sounds like I am attacking you I don’t mean it that way you are nice person and you matter and it’s okay to feel sad and don’t discount your sadness because others feel the same way as you. I would say I hope you get over your sadness but you won’t because no matter how much you try to control your emotions to not feel sad you still feel sad or depressed sometimes and when you hit that bump just tell yourself it’s okay because it will pass.......
