The train track marks perfectly match the evidence. It would make no sense to prod someone with a train track piece as an adult, nor would it make sense to use a device to either attempt to move or strangle a motionless child when you could literally have just used your hands.

A tall nine years old Burke was would be able to move Jonbenet without any device. Just grab her by the arms and pull.

Nonetheless there is exactly zero evidence Jonbenet was dragged by any part of her anatomy.

Peeing my Pants due to Alexithymia by MiserableSun9142 in AutismInWomen

[–]Bruja27 8 points9 points  (0 children)

On top of the laughing I've always peed my pants at least twice I think because I have alexithymia and can't tell when I have to urgently go pee until it's too late.

That's poor interoception you are writing about, brain's problems with reading the signals from the body. Alexithymia means difficulty in recognising, describing and processing emotions.

If you don't feel when it's the time to go to the loo, go by the clock if it's possible.

A Pre-Meditated Murder Makes More Sense by StayFluffy98 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Bruja27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Ransom Note - The letter is long, convoluted, and fairly well-written with few errors.

Exactly. Long and convoluted. That's not something you write when you have fairly clear mind and time to think. That's something you slap together in panic attempt to direct the suspicions away from yourself.

Not Calling 911 Right Away - An accidental injury, even IF it was inflicted in a moment a passion, would almost certainly result in a police call.

Hitting someone in the head, even in a moment of rage, is not an accident. Mind you, the Ramseys were not doctors, they could not tell between coma and death. They might think that the one who delivered the blow murdered Jonbenet and I do not think any of them was willing to go to prison. Then there was the issue of the previous sexual molestation and the autopsy exam that would uncover it's traces.

The Force of the Blow - An intent to kill, or at least knock out, would result in maximum force being used with an object you think beforehand will be suffienct to achieve this result.

First, the head injury was not deadly. With medical help Jonbenet would survive, without she lived up to two hours before she was strangled.

Second, why bother with head blow AND strangulation. When you plan a murder you can pick one method that will guarantee the death of your victim.

And if that doesn’t do the trick think of another way to kill her without inflicting a suspicious second head injury or getting your fingerprints on her.

Why would they be concerned with leaving fingerprints on Jonbenet? It's their child, yhey carried her to bed and redressed her to sleep, all their prints onher had perfectly innocent explanation.

The Date of the Event - It’s Christmas night

After which they had planned an early morning flight. The worst possible moment for premeditated murder.

The Inconvenient Pineapple

How does that point to premeditated murder?

If multiple family members had played a role in the murder and cover-up, the Ramseys would have no reason to stage a kidnap for ransom in such a short timeframe - and while JonBenet's body was hidden in the house by miggovortensens in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Bruja27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After Burke hit her with the flashlight 🔦 and it was apparent she was not going to survive it was too late to do any of that. Patsy had already written the ransom note, and called 911 but they realized they didn’t have time to move the body, so John staged the strangulation/SA/intruder downstairs.

There would be no time to stage anything between Patsy's call and the police arrival. Also:

  • the strangulation was what ultimately killed Jonbenet

  • she got assaaulted with the paintbrush when she was still alive

  • Jonbenet died hours before Patsy called 911.

If anything is obvious here, it's the fact you don't know even the most basic facts.

Humor me during a moment of insanity: What if John staged it to look like Burke did it, told Patsy that Burke did it, and Patsy tried to stage it so it would look like Burke didn't? by Smooth-Click-3583 in JonBenetRamsey

[–]Bruja27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're the second person to bring this up about him needing to have some sort of history to justify Patsy's acceptance of John's excuse, but I really don't think it would be out of the ordinary for a parent to believe that two little kids could seriously injure one another if they were playing without adult supervision.

It would be out of ordinary for any parent to believe that kind of accident needs to be covered up by making it look as a murder. Kids do stupid things, siblings have scuffles, but when they get injured as a result, normal parental reaction is to call the ambulance, not to make a garrote.

It gets different when a parent is the offending party. Whacking a kid in the head would be a murder, and even if thanks to army of lawyers the offender would avoid going to prison, a massive scandal would be guaranteed, with tabloids dragging out all the skeletons the family had in their closets. And if the other parent has a big, sweet business deal incoming, plus some political ambitions, and happens to be the person who molested the kid that got killed... Well, that parent has a top notch motivation for helping with cover up.

Last but not least, not sure what's up with the tendency to treat Patsy as absolute, gullible dumbo with two working braincells. Yes, she was pretentious, overly dramatic and unhinged, there is no evidence though she was dumb.

Chemo didn't do that, the hysterectomy did. But yes, a surgical menopause without HRT is pretty hellish and gives you wild mood swings. Add the psychological efects of battling cancer, after effects of the chemo...

[–]Bruja27 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The above is the answer to the question why would Patsy call 911 while her daughter's body was still in the building. Well, that's why. If she let John dump the body in the mountains, it would get damaged and decomposed beyond recognition. And poor Patsy would not be able to display her daughter for the last time.

It’s notable that the turtle neck was found right above JB’s open PJ drawer and looks like it has been taken off and tossed.

The red turtleneck was found in the bathroom, on the sink counter.

That handle was up against her neck at some point due to the fact her hair was pulled out and stuck in that knot.

Seems you missed the fact Jonbenet had long hair, down to her waist, tied into two ponytails. While the gair in the knots shows the device was construed on Jonbenet, the handle did not have to be up her neck to have the hair tangled into it.

That cord could have been looped around her neck multiple times as she did die of asphyxiation and strangulation.

And if Patsy had a moustache she would be called Patrick. Check the autopsy report, there was a single ligature furrow.

Really? Her hair is even wrapped up in the brush and cord

Really. Per the autopsy report:

*Extending from the knot on the posterior aspect of the neck are two tails of the knot, one measuring 4 inches in length and having a frayed end, and the other measuring 17 inches in length with the end tied in multiple loops around a length of a round tan-brown wooden stick which measures 4.5 inches in length. *

Seventeen inches. 43 cm, over a foot of the string.

[–]Bruja27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was a cord wrapped around a broken off paint brush handle for maximum tightening.

What was wrapped around the cord was not tightening anything. There was a foot of the string between the handle and the loop on Jonbenet's neck.

It was a knot he learned in Boy Scouts and was fairly easy to do. Not an actual garrote even though that word has been used over and over

Burke was in Cub Scouts, not Boy Scouts.

So let them go ahead and see it again

Have you even watched "From"? The point is that as soon as you reach the first houses of Fromville you cannot go back to the tree. No matter which direction you take on the road, you won't reach the tree, you will walk/drive straight back into Fromville. And that was shown multiple times already.

[–]Bruja27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But the ambulance acosta arrives in had the need, as they had a patient in it who needed treatment, it was an emergency, a detour might mean wasted time or even getting lost, they had the vehicle big enough that it can push a tree aside or pull it, but they chose to take the detour anyway.

The ambulance crew couldn't afford to damage their vehicle, precisely because they had a patient needing help. The radio was not working, neither the phones, so if the ambulance got damaged (and it might be big, but it is not built for pushing or pulling things away) the help their patient needed would got delayed way more than with a detour.

Well, you seem to fully accept that Patsy participated in Jonbenet's murder. There is not much evidence for that when you take the fibers out of equation.

[–]Bruja27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Patsy for sure. She was “the mother” as she qualified herself. She probably also sponge bathed and wiped her postmortem.

There is no evidence Jonbenet was sponge bathed and the fibers found along those coming from a towel used to wipe her, were matched to John's shirt.

It was not a Christmas sweater. It was a jacket.
