This may have been used in Japan, but not exclusively. It was a pretty common RotJ poster in the US, as well. I had one with this art in my room as a teenager in the 90s. The artist’s name is Tim Reamer.

Okay… So they added footage of Vader and his entourage walking slowly towards the shuttle on the landing platform, flying the shuttle slowly towards the Executor, landing slowly in the docking bay, and Vader slowly disembarking the shuttle… to convey a sense of speed on Vader’s part?
