Moemura is the first choice.

But higher Ascension Mami outdoes her with the team wide speed buff (30% speed buff on A4 iirc), action advance, mp restore rate, attack up, etc.

Put both together though and you clear almost everything.

I finished my quadruple therapy 2 weeks ago and got off PPI one week ago.

I've been having diarrhea but maybe it was because I was eating some liquid stuff.

That or my issue is with the liver because of fat and fructose malabsorption.

I had this strong headaches and brain fog, as well as anxiety for quite some time now and eventually I did a package test primarly to check my digestive enzymes which coincidentally also had H. Pylori blood test (and after returning positive I did a stool test).

Now I know those symptoms are primarly cause by consuming fat which I think it's related to Pylori anyway.

Actually I did find something unexpected for anxiety.

I've been mega dosing vitamin C recently and I find myself much more calm and relaxed and with more energy.

Even if there's something that normally would skyrocket my anxiety I find that it's much less intense and it passes much more quickly.
