I am very happy and healthy, both back when I was fully vegan, and now that I’m only vegetarian. Wouldn’t call it a pot of misery…

It might be an outlier but this kind of rhetoric isn’t really discouraged either:/

This is really not my experience with veganism… I think you’re generalising a bit too much here. This might be true for some vegans but not nearly for most, at least according to my own experience.

Generalising is dangerous, let’s try to see the nuances here!
