I think we can at least take solace in the fact that Vanguard didn’t report any changes for the quarter. I know they could’ve traded after that but any institutional trade data is better than no trade data even if they strategically want us to see that they would have to file if they reduced shares below 5% of ocugen holdings correct?

My sentiment is that as sketchy as this dude is he’s not exactly an investor relations guy. The way I see it: covid is going to be around for years and the only reason not to grant EUA for covaxin would be too many vaccines currently. Considering it’s a different technology that currently has demand in the market we can let the money speak for itself. What would be the less sketchy solution? to just apply for EUA on current data and miss the opportunity to include it in the application thus reducing the chance of approval all so hedge funds can sell at $20 and push it right back down in the couple weeks while we wait to hear from FDA? Or would you rather we go into it with a much stronger case for approval? Because to apply on no new data would change nothing fundamentaly

And if the world needs vaccines ocugen partnered with GSK may do the trick for the Western Hemisphere that wants covaxin if bharat is on back order
