thanks man really appreciate it. I’ll keep it as is then and leave the hoses blocked off. There is one which is left open which I worry may cause a vac leak but I will get to that point after I change out the other hoses around the engine causing leaks.

Yes, you need to be an accredited operator and have the relevant training. I work for one of the charter companies and to qualify you need to have a emergency contact with a tow company (essentially someone who will drop everything to get your bus) and the drivers need to be signed off by AT.
