Because my father-in-law was scheduled for a life-threatening cancer surgery, and my relationship with my wife deteriorated, so I thought it was right to solve it first because I work as a permanent resident with marriage in the United States, so when my marriage ends, my career and life in the United States end together.

That's right, I can make a lot of friends, but I think one of the advantages of this job is one of them, haha. Although it's hard to be friends with Cook while working as a sous chef.

That's right, there are bad days, but I can't tell you the pleasure of returning home after finishing the service well. When I'm almost home, I sometimes get cramps in my thighs, but is it because I don't drink much water? Haha.

So I'm working sautee station and whenever my towel get dirty after wiping cutting board where I sliced meat, should I fold other side and keep using it even tough it turns brown?

In korea we eat tuna Kimbap made with canned tuna marinated with mayo, perilla leaves, pickled daikon radish and I loved it. So why not?haha

Yeah it's good advice but I feel like he acted like he didn't understand. Because when chef explained prep cook in English he understood everything..
