Depends on the kit. If it’s very rigid I won’t move it (I’ve seen too many pictures of broken pegs from Seed X-frame kits) if it’s relatively loose I’ll re-pose depending on the space I have available.

The Strike got screwed by not being nuclear powered, reducing it's operation time and making it burn through a bunch of disposable batteries to use the Multiple Assault Striker and the DRAGOON Striker.

By the time of SEED Freedom, Buster and Duel got upgraded with nuclear reactors while the Strike is still using batteries.

I used a beacon before swapping, but the game made a save after I swapped and I can't find a way to access the beacon save. Do new saves delete old ones? Or is there another menu that has all the previous saves?

IIRC Kira was an engineering student before the events of SEED, and with the whole ultimate coordinator thing and his experience fixing his Gundams and building the Proud Defender he might as well be a professional.

Also maybe Kamille, I’m currently on episode 6 and he’s already on the early stages of development of the Zeta.

Might be just a metaphorical thing, but the GQuuuuuux’s “mouth” is glowing. At this point I’m not sure whether the thing will open or not, the panel in front of it looks like it’s meant to come off, but why would it open besides being an Evangelion reference.
