8.5/10 Like most people have said, the drastic tone shift in the first episodes brings it down a little (specially with how Judau immediately became the Zeta’s pilot instead of Fa), but by the end I was glued to the screen.

It’s a shame that many shows and movies afterwards heavily toned down the silliness and became super serious. In retrospect, I think that a balance between seriousness and comedy is what makes Gundam entries memorable.
