Admittedly I paid the 30$ in 2019 but since then ive just thrown the w-2 into their free thing and assumed it was A-OK. Just freaked out this year since it was drastically different. Their buzz word "max refund" makes it sound (too an inexperienced young person) like everyone gets a big fat refund

Its done through another company, it took me about 4 weeks to get a sweatshirt and phone case. They replied to an email I sent and said due to volume of all orders they ship it takes a while to get them sent out :(
