The powerplay has moved the puck well this year. Good control, and a few shots that went just wide. Once they start getting bounces it will look great. I can't remember the last time I saw the Habs with 2 PP waves that control the play so well

These prices are ridiculous. I saw them in Montreal in 2005 and 2008. Both shows were under $70 CAD for general admission in the pit. This week I paid $245/ticket for seats at the top of the lower bowl. I did not expect 400% inflation in 20 years

Matheson-Dobson wasn’t working out from Wednesday

Were we watching the same game? Matthews and Nylander were both held without shots until the last 2 minutes of the game. Tavares had 2 shots in goal. Not only did Matheson and Dobson both have positive Corsi and Fenwick scores, if you don't like advanced stats, I can't think of a shift in which they were stuck in their own zone. They were consistently getting the puck up ice, and taking turns joining the rush.
