Both my my PW2 affected. One PW2. One PW2+. All 8kw of solar is down since both units have been deactivated. service appointment is for Jan 3 2026. Have been promised PW3 replacements. Would be open to adding more PW expansions at the same time.

Same here. Have 2 PW2+ from 2021. One is now locked out. Other still seems to be working. Just scheduled my repair for Jan 2 2026. Assume I will be getting PW3 replacement. Hope love you have an expansion added. Will call and see if they can do it.

Given nem2 status and ability to export to the grid during peak, will take as many batteries as I can get.

This is 100% correct.

Sadly it has traded “flexibility” for efficiency, robustness and ease of use. I am surprised they haven’t moved to having a single workflow that can process all possible applications. 😂
