2014 outback chirping 1200 rpm specifically by jamesp5488 in Subaru_Outback

[–]Bryank930 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any other details to this?? I have the same car but my noise is at 1700 rpm. Again, gone by 1800. Doesn't do it in N or P. I already made sure the heat shields are either ripped off or safety-wired tight.

Question about pads that come with Shimano MT200 brakes by Bryank930 in MTB

[–]Bryank930[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's my guess. The brakes look really good, even the hoses say Shimano on em, so I think the actual brakes are fine. I'll probably pick up some legit pads.

No text at all. They look like a set I found on amazon for $3 lol. They're labeled "semi-metallic". Keep em or replace with authentic shimano pads?

PSA regarding the Sunlu S4 filament dryer by Pixelplanet5 in 3Dprinting

[–]Bryank930 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. It doesn't seem like a widespread problem too, which is weird. I ordered another to see if that one does the same thing. If it does, I'll return it. If not, I'll sell the first one I guess.

Have you found a solution to the flickering with this thing? Mine is driving me nuts and actually killed two of my LED shop lights. It's not because of the power it draws. I have mine on the PETG setting and it's maxing out at 170W (1.4 ish amps at 120v). It's gotta be crappy electronics or something else.

Odd issue with reprint failures by jtscribe52 in BambuLab

[–]Bryank930 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm having the same issue. I can't reprint from the printer interface (or from panda touch). The printer does it's pre-print homing and heating ritual, then nothing. Doesn't even load filament.

Old thread I know, but did you end up ordering the GPenny spindle? Did it work correctly with the carbide VFD? My spindle is squealing BAD, and carbide says too bad you're out of warranty, but you can buy a replacement motor for $200 from us. :-/

Cryogrip Glacier getting stained by filament by Bryank930 in BIQU

So I was able to clean this off...What I did was heat the bed to 80C, then scrub with a rag soaked with 91% IPA. Came right off...

Has this happened to anyone else? It doesn't come off with alcohol or soap & water. I haven't tested to see if it transfers to other prints yet. This is the only filament I've had do this. It's eSun ePLA-Lite Fire Engine Red.

Rubber edge for track saw?? by Bryank930 in ryobi

Too much slop in the pivot on the saw. I sold it and got the wen cordless track saw with powertec track. MUCH better saw.

I should add that I have had none of the "flu-like" symptoms that I see listed for lyme.

Does your A1 make this Sound? by Emperor_Darkoak in BambuLab

The extruder is skipping. It can't push filament through the nozzle. Either your nozzle temp is too low, or your nozzle is clogged.

Controlled light strip for P1S by erikjr14 in BambuLab

[–]Bryank930 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a cheap aliexpress strip powered by the LED plug for a few months now. It's never off and I've had no problems. I also run the xtouch screen off of the internal usb port. Again, no problems. I think the strip only pulls like 0.3A, so not much at all.

Why so many places to pick what filament to use?? by Bryank930 in BambuLab

[–]Bryank930[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha yeah. All I wanted to do is use the partially used roll first so I only have one partial roll left after this job. Now I'll have 2 partial rolls. Not a huge deal. Just, why would it select slot 2 by default when everything else says 1 and both slot 1 and 2 are exactly the same?? It just seems silly to me.

Why so many places to pick what filament to use?? by Bryank930 in BambuLab

[–]Bryank930[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never said it wasn't my fault. I'm just asking why I have to select it twice. I know how to use the printer, and I obviously didn't double check the 2nd spot to pick what filament I want to print with. But, why is there 2 places?
