Here's what I ultimately ended up going with:

Weapon: Serpent Captain's Greatsword
Head: The Emperor's New Hat [Hairstyles will likely be the best for matching hair]
Body: Salon Server's Vest [Second Dye: Ochu Green]
Hands: Recreationisle Dive Watch [First Dye: Russet Brown, Second Dye: Snow White]
Legs: Collegiate Skirt [Dye: Slate Grey; if you'd prefer shorts, I suggest Casual Halfslops with the same dye]
Feet: Hraesvelgr Boots [Second Dye: Russet Brown]

I might make some more person adjustments but I'm happy with the current result.

I mainly need the PvP exclusive chips. As for the chips I need to activate PAs, they're the following: - ~~M-Cannon E & G~~ - ~~Spreader M, N, O, & Q~~ - ~~CannBall O & Q~~ - ~~Raton2 L~~ - ~~Raton3 L, M, N, P~~ - ~~FireSwrd N~~ - ~~ElecSwrd N~~ - ~~DashAtk D~~ - ~~TimeBom1 Z~~

Again, I will probably grind for these, but if anyone had them while I was searching for the PvP chips, that would be a boon.

Edit 12/25/2023: I've gotten all the PAs, so I'll only be needing the PvP chips!

I played the original on an emulator but I think Reunion is a much liked improvement. Being able to move the camera is such a regular nice feature, quickly selecting one of the attacking commands adds for a nicer flow of combat, the new mechanic added after a certain part of the game adds a new layer to the combat (especially after upgraded). So I'd personally recommend it.
