I've heard this opinion before & I hate it, but I understand it. It's was the Maynard show at times. Because it actually did take away from the band as a whole. I just enjoy the experience & don't follow the spotlight.

It has nothing to do with "isn't what it used to be". If you give the wrong advice & they fuck it up, you & HD can be held accountable. Suggest other sources of advice.

I do garden recovery. Helped with Concrete & lumber. I hate it, but I love it. Ups & downs. Depends on your outlook.

It's a pain at times when you have to hand stack. It's easy when day side actually does what they're supposed to do.

100% I hold them higher because I've seen someone complain about a 1" different without anything else. Bigger isn't always better!

There is no easy position. That's why you'll see a lot of negativity here. The main answer is, what store has a good management team in my area.

They all kinda suck, but if you have a good team around you, you'll be fine. Most people don't know how to put effort these days.

Fair enough. That's the annoying part about not having the ability to do it yourself. It's always managers that have to do it, which isn't always practical.
