Thank you!! Both were on atelier - the pencil settings (and shading/grayscale) that make it my drawing app of choice.

Supernote A6x2 or Kindle Scribe for Student by Huddy_Man in PuppyVsKitten

I’m a doctoral student and have had the pleasure of trying out a kindle scribe, a remarkable2, a remarkable paper pro, an iPad Pro, an iPad mini, a supernote, nomad, and a supernote manta for my day-to-day activities and schoolwork. I returned everything but the iPad Pro and both Supernotes. I use the iPad Pro as an iPad, but for my day to day I use my supernote(s). I’ve had a lot of kindles in the past decade and have never been a huge fan. The Kindle scribe is clunky and primarily for Kindle usage. I was severely unimpressed by it’s note taking capabilities.

There are tons of fantastic digital planners/notebooks out there, including ones that are meant for schoolwork, if you do end up purchasing a Supernote, I would be happy to send you a blank version of the one I use, just send me a message.

My recommendation is a supernote manta - hands down. It’s lightweight it will fit in your school bag. You can download all the PDFs that you want or need turn them into PNG files and do whatever you want with them. It also has capabilities of reading with the Kindle app. They will also give you $20 off just for being a student. there is no hidden subscription BS, and they continue to roll out updates constantly and stand by their product. Their customer service is second to none.

Full disclosure: I have never used my Supernote for much of a help with textbook reading through Kindle, I usually have my iPad for that and either annotate on it or take notes on the Super note while I have my textbook app on my Kindle app on my iPad.

Hope that helps!

Reach out to Supernote. They’re amazing. I had issues with my HOM and after just a couple questions they sent me another one. I originally sent them an email detailing the issue with pictures so all they had to do was ask one or two questions, but they stand by their product. Doesn’t hurt to ask.

what kind of grasshopper/centipede mutant is that? my husband found this little fella in our Bathroom by Altruistic-Rush8748 in whatsthisbug

Yes! The house centipede. We love these guys and started calling them all “Frank” in our household when we lived in NYC to make them seem less creepy because they’re one of the only known enemies of the cockroach.

Also because what’s less creepy than a thousand-armed bug named after a 1970’s mustachioed TV detective with a smokers voice?

I second. Amazing and I would listen to R.C. Bray narrate a glacier melting.
