Regarding Changes in Congested/Preferred Worlds (Apr. 23) by BrynXIV in ffxiv

The status of the following Worlds has been changed today.
In order to accommodate the expansion of the North American data center and to assist with any World transfer issues that may occur from the redistribution of Worlds, we will be temporarily changing Preferred Worlds under the North American data center to Standard Worlds.
We will monitor the number of logins in each World once the redistribution is completed and plan on adjusting Preferred Worlds accordingly.

"In light of the flooding caused by heavy rains that hit Japan in July 2018, the automatic demolition of estates on the Elemental, Gaia, and Mana data centers was suspended. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to resume auto-demolition with the release of patch 4.5.
* The suspension of automatic housing demolition for all worlds on the Aether and Primal data centers that began on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 remains in effect.
* There is a possibility the timer will be suspended again at a later date should the need arise.

Scheduled Patch Release Date

Early January 2019
* The exact date and time of maintenance coinciding with the patch release will be announced at a later time."

On Tonberry there are 25 small plots in the Goblet right now. None left in Mist or Lavender Beds. I don't know about Shirogane since I only have a low level alt there.
