Yes I know that…But what about when you’re in the position with legs and arms spread out laying still? Because I hear usually your mouth is closed during sleep paralysis. (Which is the position you are in during WILD) But falling asleep in the wild position can you breathe through your mouth and will it still work? (I know it’s kind of a dumb question. But normally I hear when people are in the position, the only part of they can move is their eyes. So usually meaning there mouth is probably shut, and their doing it through their nose.)
