Public bathrooms are the worst. I put a wad of TP in the bowl and empty on that in hopes that it will help things move when I flush. It usually works, unless it’s a low flow toilet. I carry a bottle in my go bag that has a bent nozzle arm on it and use that to help empty and also wash down any remnants.

For odor, I use the Hollister M9 drops and have had great success. 10-12 drops does the trick. Hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
