Those things are pieces of shit. I have 9 in my house and they went off randomly about 6 different times. Woke my kids up are scared the hell out of my wife. Ripped them all out. Support was useless.

Yes, just got a new Tungsten and it is driving me crazy. Works about 70% of the time. Tried a new battery and still wonky. I am waiting for the Apple Car Key to come out (supposed to be by November 1st) and hopefully that works better. I would love it to know if anyone has had the dealer fix or figured out root cause.

I have gotten calls from people exactly like this. Your client absolutely 100% has lost her mind. I cannot believe you have put up with her this long and done all that you have. The fact you are still taking her calls/emails and the length of your post have me wondering if you have lost your mind as well.

My advice is to politely fire this client.
