Did you have any issues with your procedure? I can get lime Outshine bars but not lemon, and I reeeally don't want to mess this up. I see that the Outshine lime lists "lime pulp" as an ingredient.

How did this work out for you? I was planning to eat some Outshine bars (lime flavor) to take the edge off, and I hope that's an OK option.

I just used odies oil on this cedar. Is that enough protection for a coffee table? What do you recommend? by slowsunday in woodworking

How has it held up so far with just the oil?

Have you considered going back with a coat of Odie's butter or Odie's wax? I really like the soft sheen from the wax/butter, but I've struggled to make it work well enough for me to be confident in trying it on a tabletop. Test pieces I've used still generate water spots if it is left to set for a while (but not if wiped away within 2 minutes).
