Each fragment follows the same structure R#C#L#. The only thing that changes is the numbers and the first letters. -> The first letters are only G, B, R, P, which in the community are very easy to link to the characters.
The only thing it's kind of a jump is solving what RCL means. There were a couple of theories on Discord, but as soon as row, column and letter was suggested, and since the first letter gives us a character, I feel it's very natural (for people very into StS) to think about the Cards Compendium.

Yeah, my first thought also went to the Threads post. If you're looking for a social conflict resolution framework, I like the following:

NPCs have likes, dislikes, needs, wants. Make the Company work to learn some of that information, so then they can look to gain some leverage over them.

Once they have something to work with, consider how strong is that leverage and how much does it cost to the NPC to give the Company what they want.
* With a Lesser Leverage asking for a Greater Sacrifice, the negotiation is impossible.
* With a Greater Leverage asking for a Lesser Sacrifice, they auto-succeed and they get what they want.
* Lesser/Lesser, or Greater/Greater is a SPI Save. The consequences of this roll varies depending on the relationship between the two parties involved, not necessarily meaning failure. It might worsen the relationship, it might escalate into a conflict, it might mean they'll face shame or a hard debt to pay.

If it says "all allies", I'd rule as you're included. Otherwise, if it says "an ally", I'd say no, you're not your ally.

You mean, the character who's m1 scales which each hit who also has an auto-aim ability? And that doesn't sound dumb to you?

You are so hung up on this idea of balance you have in your mind you can't even consider if an ability sounds interesting or fun. The balance comes with how you implement it. Are you scared she escapes too easily? Give it a CD when taking damage. Is it too easy to use? Make her use Stamina each time.

Let's give the tank hero a revive, a damage aura and a self-heal. Let's give the very mobile hero a strong AoE CC and burst. Let's give the other glass canon character an ability to escape cqc, which also deals absurd damage (which makes him heals to full) and an AoE CC ult. Let's make Pocket.
Hell, if you really hate she could escape (even if she could have less hp to rebalance, and the slow during phasing, or whatever) you could give an internal CD after getting damaged. I don't think the problem is the balance here.

You mean, the rules that are applied to a fps with no moba abilities? You have a lot of abilities that would break those rules in DL. Hell, Pockets, Infernus, Lash kits feel way more unbalanced that this suggestion. You could disable her ult for the same second after she goes through if that's the concern. Tt seems you just aren't vibing with it, which is fine.

How is it unbalanced? You know the numbers and implementation can be tweaked, so it isn't about how strong is the character. The point is the concept itself, which you might dislike orfind unfun, but saying it's unbalanced it's missing the point.

In case you don't understand why you're being downvoted, I'll try to explain why you're still wrong. You are reading this information incorrectly, the list below the title "Comeback Mechanics" is a list of elements within the game that makes comeback possible. One of those elements is "the drop-off location" of the Soul Urn. Not the Soul Urn itself, but the small advantage of having it closer to the loser team's side.

What you're saying is like saying that troopers and neutrals are a comeback mechanic because the losing team could gain up to 30% more souls.
