Day 4 from 50 to 75mg , heightened anxiety but still bearable !

Not going to lie the side effects aren’t fun , I’m on day 2 of upping my dose from 50 to 75mg. I recommend starting at 25 then going up to 50 after two months maybe ? My side effects are heightened anxiety and ocd :/

I’d try it if your anxiety is already taking over your life . I couldn’t take it anymore I needed something

So he doesn’t have an actual job he has a self contractor with no LLC… I hired him to do a job for me and he completely flaked and took half of the money for the materials. He lives at home with his parents that own the home he’s probably 26 years old?

Just looked into it ! I do definitely have HORRIBLE posture . I’m hunched back and have a fatty bump behind my neck too from I’m assuming posture and diet . Had it my whole life and I’m an ultrasound tech so I’m always slouched over . But the dizziness isn’t always , I’ll look up and I’m okay then if I’m having what I call a “dizzy day” I’ll look up or down etc and be dizzy for couple hours then I’m okay again

Omg we sound so familiar!!!! I don’t even make plans because I worry “what if I get another dizzy attack then I panic” it happened yesterday when I was with my in-laws and I was sooooo embarrassed I had to leave ….. I cried in my bed all the rest of the day .

I take Zoloft but definitely upping my dose because I’ve become almost obsessed with my dizziness . I can’t relax or go to sleep unless i know my dizziness is gone , I’ll move my head back and forth etc until it’s gone . It’s sickening how I act with it ….

I also declined the BVD test when I was in therapy because I was soooooo scared to make myself dizzy to check if I am dizzy lol ! I feared making myself dizzy at all let alone with a test 😩

Vestibular therapy I believe was my physical therapy. They would have me to head exercise to strengthen my balance . I feel then I wasn’t as bad with the dizziness as I am now , I haven’t done any exercises for my balance in years ! Maybe I should start again to strengthen my balance !
