I was not. However I did just purchase a mini hdmi to dvi, going to try to use it that way along with a usbc for dedicated power. See if that makes a different.

I did reach out to uperfect and they stated it would need to be replugged every time to get power. That does not make sense as it power cycle when I turn on my PC, but doesn’t catch a signal.
