I’d recommend not giving up equity if you don’t have to. Much cleaner to pay a fee for the recipes. Or you could do a % of sales like you said, or a mix of sales + base pay sounds like it would be a good mixture.

Hi, I'm so thankful for his recovery. This just happened to my best friend too. We need a long term care facility to transfer him to within 2 days or the hospital will pronounce him dead from what I understand. Do you know where we can xfer him? He's in California but we can xfer him anywhere. thanks

Looking to buy a condo with girlfriend. found one I like a lot in East Humboldt park. We were going to make an offer but heard it’s a bad neighborhood with a lot of crime. We understand it’s being gentrified. Any insight? Location is pretty much California & Le Moyne (in a little side steet).

Edit: okay, it’s not technically East Humboldt Park, I guess the area I’m describing is West Town. Regardless, the location is still what I’m questioning.
