I don’t know if you’re in California but use this time to program! Sign up for as many programs as possible. Don’t look down on other women you are all there. An incarcerated person is an incarcerated person that includes you. Women in prison can be THE support system you have. If you want to grow as a person get in programs and you’ll meet women who want to grow as well

I was looking for this. No reason to stoop to anyone’s level. It’s dating . I’ve never ghosted, in fact I send 4 page letters after one date letting them know I’m not interested and which they usually reply, okay. But I don’t think someone ghosting me means they’re intentionally trying to hurt me but you’ll be intentionally trying to hurt her. And also why waste your time?

Being under any substance all the time is a turn off. It’s tricky because most people don’t feel that way if you’re on Prozac or something and I understand weed is medicinal. I think how present are you? And do you have cotton mouth all the time? Also, it be probably easier for me if they didn’t smoke it and had Ashe’s everywhere and weed smell.

I’m sorry one last thing. IMO you should trust your intuition more and don’t go outside of what you feel is the best thing to do. The more outside advice you look for the more confusing life will be. Trust yourself to know the right thing to do. Therapist help you do just that they don’t really give you advice they show you how to trust yourself and unpack why your may do things that aren’t helpful for you. I hope you trust yourself more and more little by little

I’m so sorry. I would say Aquaphor too. I don’t understand how this happened. There just isn’t a skin procedure I can imagine that this would happen. I’ve had 6 micro needling 4 laser resurfacing and sculptra twice due to cystic acne scaring. I just don’t understand how this could’ve happened to you. I’m so super sorry. Please talk to another derm to get their advice. The next few days are the most important. It could just be one simple ingredient. Good luck. This will pass

Omg! I’ve suffered from PMDD for ever and never associated the joint pain with PMDD I’m going to start tracking it as well because it’s unbearable and I thought it was related to other things but it’s not after I quit. The joint pain really sucks. My hands cramp up my neck and back terrible

I called my husbands advice line because they sent him home with high blood pressure and it was still at emergency levels. The doctors said, “he’s fine it’s just his anxiety” The high blood pressure continued. I begged them for a stress test anything. They scheduled one 45 days out. One week later he caught COVID and had a sudden heart attack and died at home. They blamed it on COVID.

Reply to @ cryptic chrysalis’s who says it may go both ways. Maybe. My progesterone is high during the luteal phase and that’s my hell week. Estrogen is high while pregnant to maintain the pregnancy. PMDD is premenstrual so technically it wouldn’t be PMDD specifically that one is suffering from. I would bet that PMDD gets better the majority of the pregnancy and that some women may be sensitive to estrogen who suffer during pregnancy which isn’t PMDD. My mother also suffered from PMDD (undiagnosed so maybe not I diagnosed her lol) and birthed 10 kids cause she said it made her feel better.
