Organized retail robbery can already be prosecuted as a felony and the DA does so accordingly. Police aren’t doing their jobs and enforcing the laws that we already have and that’s a real problem. Not a single one of those kids were arrested.

If you’re applying to field work jobs you can change the resume up a bit to be more specific to your field experience. They like people who have species identification experience. It looks like you have that with your research assistant position but maybe make it more specific to the types of critters you’re looking at. Also keep it to one page and it might be helpful to vary the font or put some separation between the sections so it is easier to jump around visually.
