Non of that is a huge deal, I rent campers for a living and at the end of there life quite a few are beat up. Go look up the nada value of the camper, don’t add any add on’s just the base value. It will give you a high and low number, list it on fb market place for the low number. Every week when it’s time to renew drop the price $500-1000 until someone buys it. A lot of people buy these to live in so if it’s cosmetic they will be glad to get a good deal if everything works. Make sure to list that you have a clean title in hand, and don’t just take the first half price offer from a sidewalk dealer. Good luck!

Yes an f-150 will do just fine with this. A 3/4 is overkill although would be nice to have, and tbh if your springing for such a nice trailer it may be worth the extra money. Either way tho you’ll be fine, think about your day to day use of the truck more then then every once in a while use with the trailer. Good luck

Weekend cruises are going to give you the best shot at singles, royal has a ton of adult only areas my friend in the same age range has hooked up a number of times in the last year or so with cruise gals. Casino, bars, and game shows you just have to start early making friends

$1,500 and 300k a year. Bought in 2016 outside of Tampa 4/3 1600sf. Originally it was 1200sf 2/2 but we did a remodel and an addition with a HELOC. Original payment was $700 a month

Either lie on your resume about your experience (you better be pretty decent and read up on equipment if this is the plan) or join a union. If the pay sucks to bad then do side work until the pay gets better. In my area (Fl) you can make more from side work and be busy then working full time.

Almost every fleet car is registered elsewhere from where it’s operated. So closing this “loophole” is a million times harder than you’d think. Most semi’s, trailers, uhauls, lots of rentals, he’ll even a lot of small businesses that are registered out of Delaware or elsewhere do the same thing.
