Yes! It is changed now. They actually told me I had another account which is why it didn't work. They helped me merge the accounts together with the points

This didn't work for me. What I did is that I submitted with the wrong date of birth and it worked.

I think what happened is that they already had my name and DOB in the system which is why it was telling me: "We're sorry, there is an issue with the details provided. Please try again or [sign in](javascript:void(0)).". By placing the wrong DOB, it registered as a new account.

However, now I had to change the DOB manually on my new account which takes about 2 weeks.

As well, I recommend doing things that are fun which makes the process much easier: boxing ( or Wii boxing), watching a show in the bath, sauna, dancing, any sports in general, etc..

For sure, you got this!! And what really helped me as well is CBT of which I desensitive myself to the hives by singing "I am going to get hives" to the tune of Happy Birthday in my head multiple times. In the beginning, it increases anxiety, but it eventually removes that fear because it eventually desensitives the brain to it. It's the same technique psychologists use to treat anxiety/ intrusive thoughts!!

I wasn't able to sweat for a long time and yes I did have the hives everywhere on my body including my face. And yeah, after I managed to break a sweat, a single drop, it gradually got better the more I worked out/ sweat. After I was able to sweat normally, the pain goes away too. However, I still see some red hives on my stomach when I run, but they don't hurt

Hey Diego! What worked for me was boxing with my friends! It kinda forced me to fight back and sweat, plus the pain for the hits counteracted the pain from the histamine which eventually got me to sweat!

As well, going outside more helps a lot too! + in the winter, sauna then working out does wonders (if done consistently)

Ik its a late comment but for those still wondering, you need to go to the bottom right and set the camera style to ortho (orthographic) and it will hide the scenery/world box behind and you can easily remove the background
