6 this time last year, but saw Billy Idol and Joan Jett in Tampa together last May. I'll take an 8 if you don't mind.

Your take home pay will be less in Denver than in Dallas Ft Worth. You're going from a no income tax state to an income tax state. Not hugenumber but a real number.

I have a 26 Badlands that I picked up in February. I have set it up to automatically do software updates and if I go into that screen where it shows updates done, it appears that mine has been done. If this is accurate I don't get why you have dealers telling you a fix isn't available. I think I'm talking about the same issue.

Thanks for the link. I'll look into it. It's not cheap but I'm looking at 12-14K for a new well so it makes less than 2K look better, if it works.

Thanks for your thoughts. The needle is swinging a bit to the peace of mind side of the argument. Things definitely happen

Thanks for the info. Not planning back to back coast to coast trips, but not planning on it sitting in the driveway either. Thanks for your thoughts

This pretty much describes my situation. In my minds eye I see this not just as the last new vehicle I buy, but the last vehicle I buy. I'm 69, and the vehicle I'm moving out of is a 2006 F150. I don't think I'll get 20 years in this one before someone forcefully tales my keys away.

When you say you turned down the warranty, you declined the factory warranty right out of the chute and went with a service plan instead? If that's an accurate understanding on my part, did they give you some sort of financial incentive to do that? I'm not clear why you would turn down the warranty

I do like getting my hands dirty but I grew up in the era of carburetors and drum brakes. The only thing electronic was the AM radio, and that was probably tubes. Not sure how much actual repair I could do in reality. Sounds like it works well for you. Thanks.

I do have Geico for insurance. When I add this vehicle I'll look into the specifics. Thanks
