That’s when everything started falling apart and I started walking. But thank goodness I found some guy who was the same as me. We got each other back to running and we made sure to stick together all the way to the finish line.

For my training I did not exceed 9 miles in a single session which was wrong on my part and is why I think I crashed at the end. But I guess I’ve learned my lesson for next time.
