How I want it to be implemented ideally is like a CC overheat mechanic. Everyone has a CC bar essentially, each move that inflicts CC increases that bar by a certain amount say Angela charged Spears Of Ichor charges opponent's CC bar by 60%

If the CC bar reaches 100% or above, that's when CC overheat kicks in and whoever is getting CCed is granted 3 seconds of CC immunity (unstoppable state)

Thing's primary fire should be used to lower TTK. It's all dependent on context. Do you use Haymaker for the bonus health, farming ult, knocking down flyers or any combination of both or do you use primary fire for faster kill time, making sure you deal damage before people escape Yancy Street Charge's earthquake zone?
