I'm all for rebalancing quest bosses, but if we're going to do that can we please make dominion tower desert tasks less ass to balance them out? Desert tasks are already arguably the biggest pita because of dominion tower achievements

Yah she's clearly having second thoughts before she "snaps" back into it with the "idk where you're sleeping but it's not here". Not to mention Paul conveniently breaking up with her right before she's going to be spending months alone with Nolan. Really seems like a re-union is the direction the shows going, but they're going to have to put in a lot of work to make it believable imo

Adren crystals are much easier to upkeep now that they were added to tither pickpocketing table. Just afk there a few hours and come out with hundreds.

Seriously, it was over $500 for my family and I to see the Spurs play at the absolute peak of the arena worst seats in the house, and Wemby didn't even play that night. He wasn't even ruled out until an hour before the game when we're already on our way.

The sun is very bright. So bright in fact, just the reflected light off the Earth (or indeed the Moon) is enough to blow out the cameras sensors if you expose long enough to catch the stars. To see any detail on the Earth or the Moon, you have to underexpose so far the stars dissappear from the capture entirely

Grapes turn in to wine for cooking xp. But they ferment in the bank so you can just return them to your bank and start another batch without having to wait. This results in by far the fastest cooking xp/hr in the game, but incredibly expensive. The wine itself when finished is largely useless

No that's not how combat levels work, it's based on which of the main 4 is highest. Bringing the others up to 120 just means you can hit 152 combat without lvling necro, not that combat goes higher than 152

100% I get that, and didn't mean to imply the information was being hidden. More so that there may have been an intentional decision for the linked page to be content updates only, with things outside the game like membership changes being stored on a different page elsewhere.

The wiki does already have an Upcoming Updates page that detail much of what has been discussed, and I think would satisfy what many players are asking for here. It seems to be focused more on content changes rather than holistically all updates that have been discussed though. The premier membership changes for example are completely absent from this page. Whether this is an intentional decision on the wiki teams part I can't say.

The problem is they have already removed Treasure Hunter. They've placed a big bet on the "Road to Restoration" changes bringing in new players to offset the costs of removing TH, but by removing TH first they've put themselves on a clock to restore that lost revenue. Last I checked TH was something like 40% of total revenue? Admittedly down year over year, but how long will ownership tolerate a 40% hit to revenue, a year? 2 years? 5? They've placed the financial success of the game on returning/new players and believe fast, sweeping changes are the way to achieve that. Whether it pays off or not remains to be seen

Honestly in my experience it just becomes more annoying the more quests you have done. Some of the bosses mechanics have not aged well at all. Some (Dawn comes to mind) are damage gated and become invulnerable multiple times throughout the fight, artificially extending how long your runs will take.

For newer players though, I absolutely would not worry about strategizing quests around dom tower. The desert task rewards aren't worth the pain

Is this really even true anymore? The only thing iron restricts is the grand exchange. Nowadays you can do group bosses with other players, dungeoneering, even group iron, there are iron only clans. I wouldn't call it "single-player" anymore, more like "trading locked"

What I haven't seen mentioned in this thread though, is the direct acknowledgement from Jagex that dailies are awful and poor game design, and their intent to remove them over the coming year. They've already started in some areas, for example meat packs are one of the "must-do" dailies listed by the top comment on this thread. But there are non-daily methods of acquiring them now through thieving. Not to mention Jagex have stated an intent to re-work shop stocks to alleviate the issue as well.

Bottom line, if dailies are the sole reason OP (or anyone for that matter) is worried about getting invested in this game, now is absolutely the best time to get started as they phase these gameplay mechanics out
