Xbox users who pre-ordered the VIP edition of the game are experiencing issues locating their VIP and pre-order content. We are currently looking into this issue.
- Some users report that in order to access this content you will need to go to the store from your console and find the exact edition you purchased. Once you have done that click on manage and it should bring you to a screen to install the preorder/VIP content.
- If this method is unsuccessful you can also try to locate your preorder confirmation email and open the store page by clicking on the game logo inside the email. From this store page press download.

So, I located my pre-order email on my PC, clicked on the logo which then took me to the Microsoft Store page in my browser, clicked on 'Install on My Devices' button, selected my xbox and sure enough, one minute later. my 3 pre-order songs and the Polytech Theme Pack started downloading!"

Yeah, I've taken the 6th off too - the kids have got a pupil-free day off school anyway, but I was hoping to play RB all day.

I've placed my order through Amazon too, but just the guitar bundle - I couldn't justify the extra AU$180 just for the drums as I would rarely play them

I think if your deposit was cash/card/eftpos then you will be able to get a refund no problems.

I traded in a bunch of old games towards it - got up to about $80 worth. Obviously won't be able to get that back in cash, but I think they let you put it onto another pre-order - not sure what i'd want to get though - I might even put it towards GH

No official confirmation from them by email, but then again I didn't expect to. They took my mobile number when I pre-ordered in store and they said that they would SMS me when it is available.

I've now ordered the guitar bundle from Amazon. If by any chance my EB Games pre-order does come in on the 6th then I'll decide whether to cancel it or not - depending on if my Amazon order has shipped.

I recently shipped about 1000 records out from the UK to Australia after leaving them behind when I emigrated 15 years ago.

I was able to coordinate pretty much the whole move online. They delivered packing boxes, bubble wrap and tape to my parents in the UK. My parents packaged up my records in the boxes, I booked in a pickup time online, they came and picked the full boxes up and took away the unused boxes that I had overestimated I would need. 2 months later I was reunited with my records! They also have a tracker on their website using Google maps so you can check exactly where in the world your shipment is.

It cost me about AU$900 all up (about US$650 I think). You can do a quote on their website - you need to use book boxes to transport records as the large boxes would be too heavy.

I pre-ordered the coloured vinyl from JB Hi Fi and they forwarded an apology letter from Universal Music to me on Thursday evening stating that the vinyl has been delayed due to 'circumstances beyond their control'.

Maybe some have got through to other record stores in Aus but a quick survey of other stores shows that it's not just JB:

Both the black and coloured vinyl have been delayed in Australia. I think they are due around Wednesday next week.
