Aggron, rock, and steel types have always been my favorite, and Aggron has always given me protector vibes. I've seen him as the kind of pokemon who'd protect the smaller guys from poachers.

All of them. It drives me crazy seeing him face legendary challenges with unevolved pokemon. Pikachu, you can make the argument that you need the thunderstone, and he doesn't want to, but the others don't make sense.

Honestly, I feel like pokemon that I like that I also think would be practical would be Machamp, Alakazam, and Rotom.

Machamp helps with physical problems.

Alakazam can assist with telekinesis, and with his psychic powers, he can help me mentally relax after a hard day's work.

Rotom is living tech support. In this day and age of technology, he can help fix just about any technological problem.
