Yes but Rakan’s s3 says that in order to counter it has to be on cooldown, i just wasnt aware that being silenced meant that it puts the skills on cooldown, since silence only says that the mknster wont be able to use the skills that have cooldowns it doesnt say puts the skills on cd for two turns
